Terms and Conditions:

• 1. This ideaMill is open for the participants of Agricultural Innovation & Entrepreneurship Conclave, 2023 only.
• 2. You can participate in this event as an individual or group (maximum two members per group however both members should be the participant of this event and must remain present during final presentation).
• 3. Any participant could participate in only one thematic area and problem statement.
• 4. This event will be conducted in two stages. In first stage participants will submit their concept note on their problem statement.
• 5. The concept note should not have more than 400 words.
• 6. The concept note should be explicit and must have title, justification, methodology and possible area of improvement, approximate cost, conclusion etc.
• 7. In the Second stage, screened & selected participants will be notified to present their problem statement (offline) before expert committee on 06/12/2023 at 10:30 AM onwards
• 8. About 10-15 minutes time will be allocated for the presentation.
• 9. You can fill the registration form of ideaMill only once therefore take utmost care to do so.
• 10. The right to reject any entry at any stage of this event remains with organizers. Final decision/s of the judging committee will be acceptable to all and no representation against their decision/s will be accepted.
• 11. Under unavoidable circumstances organizers reserves the right to revise and/or introduce new condition/s which will be acceptable to all.
